This project, imagined for the brand Miu Miu, weaves together a visionary international marketing strategy, with visual merchandising and a meticulously crafted buying plan, spotlighting fashion capitals like Milan, NYC, and Osaka. At its core are three immersive pop-up events, each a living embodiment of the "Winter Whispers" capsule collection—a space where art, culture, and fashion converge.
The initiative doesn’t stop there; it introduces a special partnership with Moon Boot, bridging together heritage and innovation. The goal is to amplify brand presence, drawing in curious minds and trendsetters alike, while seamlessly merging luxury and streetwear.

To bring Whispers to life, a thorough market exploration was undertaken—spanning interviews, consumer insights, and a comprehensive study of both direct and indirect competitors.
